I BOUGHT TICKETS FOR A SHOW AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE CONFIRMATION E-MAIL, WHO SHOULD I CONTACT FOR FEVO TICKETING ASSISTANCE?
As a first step, please check the filtered / spam / junk folder(s) for the email address you used at time of purchase because this may be the first time you are receiving a communication from Fevo.
If you still cannot locate the confirmation email, log into your fevogm.com account, select your order, then submit details through the yellow “Need Help?” button. If you are unable to find your order, click the yellow “Need Help?” to submit your question.
DO YOU STAY OPEN IF THERE IS INCLEMENT WEATHER?

ARE WAIVERS REQUIRED?
Yes, waivers are required to be submitted to experience our haunted attractions.
This can be done two ways: (1) online at time of purchase, or (2) via signature on paper after printing the waivers: Adult Waiver for Signature, Under 18 Waiver for Signature
If i bought tickets online, what do i do with waivers? bring them to the box office or is there a way to submit them online?
If a parent or guardian purchased the tickets online for your group & selected the checkbox stating they have viewed, understand and agree to the terms and conditions in the Waiver & Release, then you are all set.
If they did not check the box, you will have to print & sign the appropriate waivers and bring them to the haunt.
CAN MY 13 YEAR OLD GO THROUGH THE HAUNT AS LONG AS I SIGN THE WAIVER?
Yes, as long as each minor has had a parent / guardian complete the waiver on behalf of the participant, they can attend the haunt.
We brought a group of more than 20 to the haunt, when will we see our discount?
Please allow 3-5 business days after the event for the credits to fully process. The reason as to why the credit takes place after the event is due to the fact that group numbers can grow leading up to the event. Thus, it’s easiest for the credits to be applied after the event when group numbers are final.
